Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel your plan or close your account at any time from inside the app.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How renewal works

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Square, and renew automatically every month until you cancel. Prices are shown before you buy and are subject to VAT or other taxes where applicable.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. A payment that has already been taken is not returned when you cancel; cancelling only stops the next renewal.

If a payment fails

If a payment fails, your account enters a 7-day grace period in which it is read-only and automatic work (such as publishing, posting and outreach) is paused. If payment is still outstanding after the grace period, only the billing page is available until the amount due is paid.

The Social add-on

The Social add-on is billed separately for each website it is enabled on. Our Terms of Service do not say more about cancelling an add-on separately from a plan, so please write to support@autoseopro.ai if you are unsure.

Your legal rights

This page does not affect any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded, for example consumer rights that apply where you live.

Anything not covered here

Anything this page does not mention is covered by our Terms of Service, which are governed by the law of England and Wales.
