Who we are

AutoSeoPro.ai ("we", "us") is based in London, United Kingdom, and can be contacted at support@autoseopro.ai. These terms are the agreement between us and the person or organisation that creates an account or uses the service ("you"). By creating an account or using AutoSeoPro.ai you accept them. If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

The service

AutoSeoPro.ai is an online SEO and content platform. Depending on your plan and settings it includes SEO audits, keyword planning, AI content generation and publishing, metadata suggestions, GEO and AI visibility tracking, a backlink outreach engine that sends email through your own Gmail account, a WordPress plugin, a social media add-on, reports and a client portal, an API and MCP connector, an in-app AI assistant, and a free SEO & AI Visibility Report.

AutoSeoPro.ai is a tool that you direct. You decide what is approved, published and sent, and you remain responsible for what appears under your name and on your websites and accounts. These terms also apply, as far as relevant, to the free report and other features you use without an account.

Accounts and organisations

You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in credentials secret and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. Your account belongs to an organisation in which members have roles with different permissions. The organisation's owners and admins decide who is invited and what they can do, and the organisation is responsible for everything done by its members and invited users.

If you are an agency, you are responsible for your relationship with your clients, for having their permission to manage their websites and accounts, and for who you give client portal access or approval links to. Anything approved through a client portal or an approval link you share is treated as approved by you.

Acceptable use

Do not use AutoSeoPro.ai to create or publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive or harmful content; to send spam or unsolicited bulk email in breach of the law that applies to you; to take part in link schemes or other practices that search engines prohibit; or to impersonate anyone.

Do not misuse the API or MCP connector, exceed or work around rate limits or plan limits, scrape the service, reverse engineer or copy it, interfere with its security or other customers, or resell access without our written agreement. We may apply limits, block requests or suspend access to protect the service and other customers.

AI-generated output

Articles, metadata, posts, images, reports and assistant answers are produced with AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Fact-checking, quality checks and approval steps help you review them but do not guarantee accuracy. Treat every output as a draft.

You are responsible for reviewing what you approve and publish, including for compliance with the law, third-party rights and platform rules. Where a platform or law requires it, AI-generated images may be labelled as AI-generated.

Social media posting

With the Social add-on you approve, and own, the posts published to the accounts you connect. You must comply with the terms and policies of each platform you use, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (YouTube and Google Business Profile), LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest. If a platform limits, changes or revokes our access, we may pause posting to it without liability.

Backlink outreach

Outreach emails are sent from your own Gmail account and you are the sender. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, for including your postal address and a working way to opt out where the law requires it, and for honouring opt-outs. We keep a suppression list and will not send to addresses that have opted out.

Third-party services

AutoSeoPro.ai connects to services run by others, such as Google, Meta and other social networks, Square, WordPress and other content management systems, and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make, which may affect features that depend on them.

Plans, billing and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Square, and renew automatically every month until you cancel. Prices are shown before you buy and are subject to VAT or other taxes where applicable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

If a payment fails, your account enters a 7-day grace period in which it is read-only and automatic work (such as publishing, posting and outreach) is paused. If payment is still outstanding after the grace period, only the billing page is available until the amount due is paid.

The Social add-on is billed separately for each website it is enabled on. Each plan includes usage limits, for example for articles, AI images and AI assistant messages, as shown on the pricing and billing pages. When a limit is reached, the related feature pauses until the next period or until you upgrade.

We do not offer refunds. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. This does not affect any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

Intellectual property

You own the content you put into AutoSeoPro.ai and the outputs it generates for you. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit and publish that content only as needed to provide the service to you and as you instruct.

We own AutoSeoPro.ai itself, including the software, WordPress plugin, designs, documentation and brand. You may use them only to use the service under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Confidentiality and data protection

We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor, and a data processing agreement is available on request for business customers.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep AutoSeoPro.ai available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and there may be maintenance or interruptions outside our control. We may improve, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, backlinks, mentions in AI assistants, revenue or any other outcome. Search engines, AI assistants and other websites make their own decisions. AutoSeoPro.ai reports what it observed and does not claim to have caused a change.

Disclaimer

Apart from what these terms expressly say, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and to the extent the law allows we give no other warranties, including about fitness for a particular purpose or that outputs will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the service or these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, rankings or data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects the mandatory rights of consumers.

Indemnity

You will compensate us for losses, damages and reasonable costs arising from third-party claims about your content, the outreach you send, the posts you publish, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

Suspension and termination

You can cancel your plan or close your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or end your access for non-payment, for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, where needed to protect the service or others, or where the law requires it, and we will tell you why where we lawfully can.

You can export your data from inside the app before your account closes, and for 30 days after we end your access for a reason other than your own request. After that your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using AutoSeoPro.ai after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may also bring proceedings there.
